We are pleased to announce that Baselodge Group is now the sales representative for Arrow Sheet Metal Products Co. in Denver, Colorado. Baselodge represents Arrow in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, and New Mexico.
Our philosophy is to add suppliers to our line card that we know will bring value to our customers. What I am looking for in a manufacturer to represent is a company and a management team with a track record of excellence. Arrow was established in 1976, they have cultivated longstanding relationships with many customers, and they have a very strong management team. While sheet metal fabrication is often sourced from the same region where the OEM is located, it is not unusual for Arrow to produce product for customers outside of their region. This only happens because of superior quality and customer service.
Before adding any new supplier to the Baselodge line card, I go visit the factory to form my own impression of their quality and capabilities. This sometimes reveals factors that lead me to determine that the supplier is not a fit. In the case of Arrow, it confirmed what I already thought about the company. I was hosted on the visit by the management team:

- Chad Orenstein, Engineering
These are three very nice people who love producing quality products for their customers. As we toured the facility, they introduced me to their team members, most of whom have been with Arrow for many years. These team members take pride in the work they do.
We also discussed their quality tracking system and customer satisfaction surveys, which reveal extremely high levels of customer satisfaction.
Arrow’s equipment includes everything necessary to produce sheet metal parts in many different materials up to .250 thickness. A small sampling of the equipment includes:
- State-of-the-art Punching Machine – Trumpf TruPunch 3000 (there is a video of this machine in action on the Arrow website)
- Laser Cutting
- Brake Presses
